1 or 2 handed sword?

I just made a Page and I was wondering which would be better after the Big Bang. I would like some nice damage and I read there's a skill that heals 80% of health so I'm not so worried about the shields

all the advantages from using a shield don't come until 3rd job when you get shield mastery and then guardian at 4th job. restorative nation is the skill that heals 80% of your hp but sadly, it has a 30 second cooldown time. if you want to be able to use RN as a complete replacement for your pots, you will need a shield as its defensive bonuses allow you to make your HP hold out longer allowing you to not need to heal yourself as often

yeah, and even then shield mastery wont be maxed until later. at least untill you have a main charge, lightning and acb maxed. which would be at lvl 9x
