i was hunting for some lvl 90 potential armor and i got aramia's book what do i do with it?

Yeah, I just got one too. Looked it up on Hidden-street and here on Basil and no matches found and it seems there are no quests requiring this item?

Old event items are randomly dropping now for some reason. Not to sure why. BUT I THINK I KNOW! The reason is cause of NEXON!
