Maple Screen Freezes and Flashes HELP! reward!

Hey guys, so, i hav just bought a new laptop, but it has Windows 7 with Home Premiun 64 bits, and, when im playing ms, my screen freezes and starts flashing/blinking, its so annoying, i cant do anything cuz if i train ill die, boss, same, anyways, what could i do to stop it? Everytime it happens i have to minimize ms and re-open, but its so annoying, once it starts happening, it keeps doing the samething every 30 seconds -.-, I'm willing to give nx rewards through MTS or Mesos if you are in Windia or Kradia. Thanks! Note: I cant run in compatibility mode, when i try to, it wont start up. Oh, and also, i have an integrated Intel Graphics Card, and a NVidia 310m GPU, but when i go to the GPU panel, it says maplestory can only be run with the Intel Card, cant change it to Nvidia GPU.

hit alt+enter, it should make MS a window. the window will be smaller but it should work

dont use compatible mode, run as admin, check ur fire wall, anti virus (they sometimes block ms and make gameplay slower making you lag alot and mabe dc) and you have 2 graphics cards? O_O press start> right click on my computer> properties> hardware> device manager (i think thats whats called in english)> go to graphocs adapter> disable the one you will not use and make sure the other one is enabled =l

Make the graphics Low Put it in Windows(Alt+Enter) And See how it goes

I have the same thing happening to me. I too have windows 7 64-bit and intel graphic card. This has only happened ever since dual bladers patch got installed. Never happened before. I'm assuming it has something to do with it. As of now I have not solved this problem and have searched everywhere for a solution and have found none. I wish you good luck in finding one, and if you do I wouldn't mind if you contact me ;)

Vista 32bit same problem but mine isn't every 30seconds it is more like every certain amount of portals I go through

I have the same problem. I heard you can download XP and run maple like that, but I personally don't feel like doing that and I'd be worried about permanently damaging my computer. So far I've been getting along fine by alt tab'ing & alt tab'ing back really fast (only having maple open as I'm playing, nothing else), or if it starts to get really frequent, I restart my whole computer and get back on Maple. After the restart you should be safe from your screen doing that for a little while.

It sounds like your screen's refresh rate isn't matched up to what maplestory is currently set at. In your Nexon folder there should be a set up file that helps you adjust the screen: C:Nexonsetup.exe (something like that) Run that and when you see a GM in a box floating around, it'll ask you to hit Alt + H. Alternatively, you should also check the refresh rate on your PC itself. Right click desktop > Properties > Settings > Monitor > Change Screen Refresh rate (Adjust as needed to get optimal game play for you) Goodluck and hope this helps!
