Is there another way to find your last name?

| When I did the steps below, it showed my first name, not my last name. So is there another way to find your last name besides this?: They removed both ways i know you can still try though First: Log onto the website with the account you want to get the last name. Second: Lodge a useless ticket that has no aim. (don't worry this wont affect your account in anyway) Third: Select the ticket you opened by the ticket number on the left side. Fourth: Once you clicked on the ticket number near the bottom you should see a button that says "Close Ticket" Fifth: Close the ticket. Sixth: It will ask for a reason. Ignore that and click "Submit" Seventh: Again click on the ticket number to open it. Eighth: Under history at the bottom of the ticket it will say "Contact name" Ninth: there is your Last Name Enjoy. I would greatly appreciate it if you could help, thanks! |
