Well, on my previous thread I told you guys that I had been banned for no real reason, that day I had sent a ticket to them, the ticket was closed and the solution was this: Thank you for reporting this issue. This will be forwarded to the correct department in order to be processed. Please be patient while this is being investigated. This ticket will be left open until further notice. I apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding and support. Sincerely, GM Eldhon Nexon America Inc. Security Tip: Please do not give your password, PIN, or PIC number to anyone for any reason. Nexon representatives will NEVER ask you for your password, PIN, or PIC. Mind you, my account is still banned but I'm not entirely sure what above meant....are they unbanning me? Or are they further investigating me?

When they give me an auto message or don't answer for a week i send another they'll usually answer that one

Haha, your hair looks good too >.O....but yeah the message solution said they would leave this ticket open until later notice but this ticket is closed now so i'm not sure why nexon banned me...

But envenomed, they closed this ticket two days later. And in the details, I told them to contact a specific email, they didn't do so. I think that was just an auto message.

nexon auto closes tickets now. They claim that there is too many and they cant answer.. They close EVERY SINGLE ONE. i used 5 accounts. Posted about this guy hacking (SS admitting to him hacking) and it just been auto closed on all of them. Posted once a month for about 10 months already -_-. Now i searched up the guy and he hit lvl 140

dude that's BS they never do anything until you bug them my friend got banned for no reason, apparently he wasnt doing anything bad, no swearing, no bots, no hacks and he still just got banned he sent a ticket and got an auto response (machine response) he got his account back after a 2 months of ticket logging and complaints, but it got rolled back by like 2 days
