my apologies, i didnt see this thread until AFTER i created my thread. However, to be honest i wouldnt have created it in the first place if i got a decent response from my submitted ticket. It didnt give me any information regarding this issue. Even a little explanation would have been nice. Also, i believe it is against the TOS to create a 2nd account. However, any chance i can do it because i am unable to buy or sell anything?
