Missing BasilID characters

I was wondering if anyone else had their player list cleared. I logged in a few days ago and they were all gone. Now i cant seem to add any back, thus not being able to sell or buy anything. Ive submitted tickets but they keep being returned with no proper response. Or when i submit a "cannot add character" ticket, they always get returned as "unable to find the player" or something to that effect. All of my characters are on the GMS ranking and whatnot. any help?
