[/quote] CS5 is probably the worst version of Photoshop in the entire CS series excluding the corrections you can now make with it. Also, you shouldn't be discussing or requesting illegal ways of getting software. I know the programs are expensive but this is not the place.

What's the best Photoshop to use for art? I've only touched up photos, never really used it for drawing.

If you want to make your pictures *snazzy*, then study art. Study and practise everyday! That's all there is too it. There is no shortcut. Photoshop won't help you make your pictures look better--all the base experience comes with the traditional medium. It's good that you're sketching and painting--keep at it and try as hard as you can to improve. You will learn how to use color effectively in painting and it will translate itself effectively once you get a hold of a digital painting program.
