So can I draw you guys in an attempt to get better? I can only draw heads facing left. It's pretty awkward.

Yeah, I am exactly the same. Its mainly hard because the way you are handed. If you are left handed, chances are you could draw heads facing the right, and not the left. Find different hand motions that allow you to draw faces the other way.
