After the Big Bang, bowmans first job skill arrow blow and gets much better. While double shot stays the same, arrow blows damage is being decreased from 260% to 190% but hits 3 monsters, when it used to only hit one monster. Will this replace double shot? Double shot is better now because it has twice the chance of getting a critical hit, thus better damage. But arrow blow gets much better. My thoughts would be that you still don't raise arrow blow because you still get arrow bomb next job advancement as a hunter and iron arrow as a crossbowman. Arrow bomb does 150% damage to 6 monsters now, but after the Big Bang it will do 310% damage to 6 monsters. And iron arrow now does 200% damage to 6 monsters decreasing at 18% damage after every monster it passes through, but after the Big Bang it does 340% damage to 6 monsters but I don't know how much the damage will decrease after each monster though. At that point, you never use arrow blow again right? So if you didn't raise double shot, you will have no single attack. Obviously now Bowmasters are much better than Snipers mainly because of Hurricane at 4th job. But after the Big Bang, im not sure which class will be better. As you might have already known, this is the top forum on BasilMarket at the moment: http://www.basilmarket.com/MapleStory-Guide-KMS-Big-Bang-Revamp-333.html and it lists all of the new damages of old skills and new skills of all the classes after the Big Bang. Snipers get a new skill called 'advanced strafe' which does 200% damage with 6 arrows. which will still be no contest to Bowmasters amplified hurricane damage from 100% to 200% each arrow. Just pointing that out. Also, all bowman will be able to hit a monster while on top of them, which makes them a short and long range class like magician. What's your opinion?

spiritrivalFor Double Shot and Arrow Blow, it will depend on the types of monsters we'll be training on. Arrow Blow will probably be the preferred choice, but if there's a good spot where Double Shot is in good use too, then it will just be up to the player to decide. Bow Masters are not "obviously better" than Marksmen. Strafe and Snipe can compete with Hurricane almost to the point of a near-tie. That tie remains the same after the Big Bang patch where they actually deal the same amount of damage in the same amount of time without any other skills. Final Attack will probably give Hurricane a slight edge, leaving Snipe to close up the gap.
