omg a 120 bishop pwns my damage

well back in the day, i would be considered a decent bishop since im 158 and i have 1195 magic but today i was in the fm and i meet this low luck level 120 bishop he has 1445 magic from the % equips such as 22% int htp blah blah blah and he does 80k damage on skeles with level 1 gen >< is it just me or do i think that the % equips ruined the game since back in the day, my equips were expensive i have like a 9int mask but that bishop has a 6int 14% int mask...

ikr i feel so depressed since im like 38 levels over him, but he has over 300magic more than me.. and the % equipsjust happen to come out and ruin everything now 120 bishop can 1hko skeles...

[/quote] nahh it doesn't beat pizza slice dmg and that person probably spent over 500$+ on his equips to get those potential equips it isn't so much that potential items are ruining maple its that potental items in general roflpown regular items their is just no contest at high lvl (120+) a clean lvl 98 mage overall with +9% int is better then any godly scrolled overall out their.90% potential scrolls can be eazly gotten for $ maple is just more pay to play then free to play now if you enjoy your class it doesn't really mater sure you wont be 1 hit koing skellies for a while but meh.

Lol...maple just became more beginner un-friendly... I'm pretty sure I won't have the kind of mesos or $$$ to afford those kinds of equips for at least two more years...

I highly doubt that you can do 80k on skeles with lv 1 gen and 14xx magic... I read somewhere that you need 14xx magic to ohko skeles (85k+damage) with lv 20 gen, and for bishops you need ~1300 magic to ohko skeles with gen 30. Sorry but I doubt that a 120 bishop with such a low level of gen can do that even with 14xx magic...

[/quote] 14xx Magic at 120 is still game-breaking, assuming that wasn't usage of hyperbole as well.

That's crazy... I kind of don't like the new % stuff because I don't like feeling that I have to get % equips for myself now because everyone else is doing it. I did make some pretty good money selling earrings though, but this really makes the game unbalanced. That person obviously cares too much about a game...
