how much is an 11 INT gaia cape worth? URGENT PLEASE ANSWER!

I actually think that hidden potential has seriously devalued nicely scrolled equipment (like this cape). I have a clean Half Earring with Hidden Potential 3% INT on my Bishop that gives me 30 INT. And that was a simple monster drop. Add 5 60% INT scrolls and 2-3 Equipment Enhancement scrolls and you're looking at 45-55 INT/M.ATK for an investment of less than 20 mil. All that and not a lot of luck required. Just saying...
