Lvl 163 E.Staff will pwns being a Lukless For mass majority of players, this is wrong. There are many factors to account for. Funding for lvl 163 E.Staff Do you have the funding to afford a lvl 163 E.Staff? The lvl 163 E.Staff is very expensive. Mass majority of players will not be able to afford a lvl 163 E.Staff. Funding for support equips Do you have the funding for the proper equips to support the lvl 163 E.Staff? Just because you are using the lvl 163 E.Staff doesn't mean you will be better off. You need to have enough funding to be able to afford the lvl 163 E.Staff and the nicely scrolled/Potential'd equips for support. My very rough calculations, based on unsupported assumptions of inflation, resulted in an estimate of at least 6 billion Mesos in funding needed for lvl 163 E.Staff and support equips. Level 163 What level do you intend to play to? Most players will not reach lvl 163. Level 164+ What level do you intend to play to? How many levels or amount of time will you make use of the lvl 163 E.Staff? Other factors There are other factors that should be accounted for. Conclusion For mass majority of players, the best option will not be the lvl 163 E.Staff. Well if you would just go regLUK, it wouldn't cost more on other equipments then just being LUKLess. You can go regLUK by hunting your own equips. The only things I think you're right on are the price and the lvl requirements.

While you're correct, I think it needs to be said that: You still want to have enough Luck for 71+ equipment to get the most out of potential. It's not just the Staffs that give Low Luck an advantage.

I'm 165, and my ele wand 7 is 188matk o: u/h and since its 4% int, it goes up as my int goes up. is that better than a staff7?

Having clean average equips won't help you.

It's not just the Staffs that give Low Luck an advantage. [/quote] Alright... think about this for a second... say you need to add 30 Int to wear lv80 stuff. At 1000 Int, 3% is 30. The only difference in Potential equips come from Shoes, Gloves, Overalls. From 31 - 70 and 71 - 120, there is a 1% difference at each rarity level. If both the Lukless and the LowLuk get +Int% at Rare on all 3 equips, they are pretty much equal. It isn't until you get AllStat% or Epic or Unique, that LowLuk gets better (not to mention, you will still need at least AllStat%). Kalemora What about Maker?
