Could I possibly be hacked?

I tried logging into my account several times and when I attempted to enter a channel, I got disconnected. It can't be a computer problem because I tried logging into another account, it works fine. On the login page on the website, my maplestory character's picture is missing and the rank says ''ROOKIE''. I also tried searching my name and it doesnt appear. Was I get hacked? ><

Yep. Your got falsely auto banned. Same thing happened to me at 10:59 AM yesterday. You should write a ticket.
