lvl 121 BM banned for scamming

Today, i logged on in the morning and i was in nlc. i went to the subway station and then i logged off, if i remember correctly. now i tried to log on. i got banned for scamming...? i did not communicate with anyone except for my real life friend. i am now banned until tomorrow afternoon. i know this isn't long, but i logged a ticket anyway. did anyone else have this?

1 year? omg now im scared no wait im pretty sure it said august 2010 forgot what day at the end i think 29 =( damn i just want my drk back though the bb patch better not come out while im locked up cause they wont let me out! some one fail nexon and log tickets about me saying i want my account unbanned im never buying nx again dang it

You can't get banned for scamming.... Think about it: When did Nexon ever care for virtual data scams? This is basically a civil case between the scammer and scammee, which means Nexon wouldn't care since it was never involved in the "scam" itself. This means Nexon wouldn't bother to ban anyone for scamming alone. If it says you were banned for scamming specifically....I'd personally thing it's just a glitch more than anything.

What time did you get banned til? Maybe it's the same.

[/quote] actually, its in the ToS to not scam, if u look it up, u can even report for scamming, i believe its under "report a player"

Everyone who has gotten the 5 Incorrect password/pin has received a permanent ban, including me... I've asked the Nexon forum mod, -Hime- about it and she said she's inquiring about it because she doesn't know either. I was also banned for scamming 'til the same date, yet I have never scammed a single person in my life. I participated in several contests as well. This better be fixed, I better be back on the ranks, and it better have not affected my standing in those contests. I hate it when Nexon fails. >>
