Me and my friend went driving to find a dog and im the DesignatedDriver. Im the youngest in the group, 17 and they are 18-19. they caught us with beer in the car and we got away smoothly but they wrote down our names so should i be getting ready for court or is it alright. P.S i dont drink thats why im DD and we were looking for a dog while they were drunk and im surprise we got away cuz it was 4 am in the morning!

Actually, I don't think you're off the hook; unless you have a G license. I doubt your friends had their G license for 4+ years too. But yea, without a G license, you're not allowed to drive around that time period, so just don't get caught off guard if you get a letter or something.

well i am never drunk and let them brought alchol cuz i just moved here for a year and well i dont noe man, teens in america seem to repel away from since im alway quite and weird looking but these guy are chill with me all the time. they wanted alchol cuz their were girls at the kick back we were going to but then it turn into a drunk/dog hunt for 3 hours. i hate the stupid dog, it is a terrier and runs like 50 mph since that what i was driving to catch up with it and we couldnt chase it. well my friends told if they were gonna cite me it would be there and then, and possession ticket too, suspend my license and give me a curfew ticket but they gave me nothing except they wrote my name down.

now why was the dog drunk o.o thats pretty effed up giving a dog alchol and letting it run wild truh the streets at 50mph what if it had got hit by a car?

If you were driving drunk you would have been arrested. But because you're a minor in possession of alc you're going to court. It's all blamed on you as the driver, but hopefully your friends will say you were the DD and had nothing to do with it. They can't take away your license for hanging out with friends sober.
