Dual Blades cannot be hp washed.

i tried to raise my mp then decrease it but still i cant.

Nope, I had over 50 int of gear on since level 10, still can't wash.

1. have free points from lvl up 2. put 1 point into hp 3. use 1 sp reset on mp 4. put one ap into (main stat) 5. repeat (you can only take out as many as you put in)

Are you using the free AP resets from the event? Perhaps Nexon made it so they can't be used to HP wash.
