Cash shop slash storm?

I recently bought the Cash Shop slash storm and used it on my lv 32 dual blade. However, I can't get the skilll past 5. Sorry in advance if this question has already been answered.

I think it will only allow you to put more sp in it...you wont have any sp when you use it

Your slash storm should already be at 5 when you use the book. If everything goes OK, then your slash storm should be at 6 after you use the mastery book.
