Dual Blade Build for starting at lvl 30?

hey, so i was wondering what the build should be for a new dual blader who started out at level 30. they don't need to add skills from previous job advancements, so what should it look like? like.. should i not do nimble feet and max mastery? or only get 10 double stab cause i don't need it but i do for triple stab? help please

Max Self Haste 19 Mastery Max Fatal Blow Max Slash Storm (if you can buy the skillbook) Never add points into Endure After that, your choice If you want Triple Stab, go like this: 10 Double Stab and only 1 Triple Stab. Booster is pretty useless in my opinion, I don't notice any difference.
