Low Str Low Dex Bandit vs. Low Dex Bandit vs. Regular Bandit

Hi, I have a bandit level 32 right now. And I am currently a regular bandit. But I feel like I want to change. My dex is a bit high, it's 64. I want a job that would be pretty strong in the end. If I stick with regular, will it still be strong? If I wanted to change to Low Dex, when should I cap my dex? Is it too late? What would I need to do as a low dex? Do I need to wear equip that give dex? What is the build for low dex? If I wanted to change to Low Dex Low Str bandit, when should I cap dex and str? Do i also need to scroll equips for dex and str, to wear khanjar? What would be the dex for low str low dex? I do like khanjars Which one in the end, is the strongest?

in the end, the strongest will be a low dex/low str bandit with a dragon Khanjar and a Reverse Pescas. I capped my dex at 58; exactly what i need to be able to wear a Dragon khanjar with my equips. Also good enough for me to wear the lvl 80 pirate top/bottom, 20 dex bottom and 20 luk top. I capped my str at 31, what i need to wear the pescas and djar aswell. One of the downsides to my build, is having to use a HTP instead of the ability to use a MoN, because I need the extra dex and str. In the end its up too you. It all depends on how funded you are, and your ability to obtain very high dex/str equips. My CB is my main, and so it is extremely well funded. Its up to you, but if I were you, I would go with a dex cap of around 70-100 depending on your ability to get equips. I would cap you str at 50-55 because you would need 20-25 more str to wear djar and pescas

My dex is 60 and str 20 and they are both capped, until lvl 60 , I may need to increase a little then

It all depends in your equips, really. Are you funded? Just cap your stats when your equip can make up for the loss of it. That way, you can wear high level equips without going regular. I capped my DEX at 100 and STR at 40 because, well... I'm not funded and I really doubt I can buy nice equips for myself. In the end, it's all up to you.

what is htp again? what if i have 64 dex? is that too much? so basically i would need to have str low too, so i could use str equip to make it to 70? but how would you get str equips if you have dex equip?

[/quote] Did you even read the replies? It all DEPENDS. It depends on the equips' stats and if you can even afford them. You just need to balance them out. O.o

hmm well i capped mine at 25 str and 100 dex (perfectionist. i just had to get it at multiples of 5 =P) well with my equips i have just enough to get the requirements to wear the Dkhan and reverse pescas by level 120. so 64 isnt too late. i actually capped my dex at 75 till level 100 edit: if u dont know wut a htp is.. id assume ur probably new to the game and not very funded as well. so i would recommend a high base

lol, i've played for 5 years, on and off though, i just got back after like a 2 year break which equips are recommended to be dex and str?

[/quote] Horntail pendent, adds 22+ to str,dex,luk,int; so its usually the choice pendent for str dits. Uhh, it really doesnt matter how low or high your dex is as long as your base stats+ equip stats dont go over the req for what weapon(or shield you want to use), most people stay low so that they can have room for improvement(and switch some dex/str equips for atk equips). As long as you calculate in advance(or at least estimate your desired/obtainable equips) you should be fine.

i might be low dex only because i dont think i can get equips that would boost both str and dex. and plus, you can get a maple shield with +wa

If you're funded you might be able to pull it off going dexless/strless with this new item potential system. Base(25) + HTP(22) + Zhelm(15) + Black Belt(5) + Mushroom Medal(2) + Earrings(10) = 79 dex. These are just average stats for the items. If I better scroll the zhelm, earrings, medal, and get a few other accessories such as face mask, etc... I can probably get up to 100 dex. With the item potential, I can get it up to 120+ dex and wear the level 80 topwear/bottomwear for the 9% bonus if its unique. I scroll the top/bottom for dex then identify them for dex again should get me 160 dex. For str. Base(4) + HTP(22) + Zhelm(15) + Black Belt(5) + Mushroom medal(2) = 48 str. I need 17 str left. In the process in identifying those equips for dex, I should be able to get the extra 17 str. This is just constructed mentally and I'm not sure if the item potential will be enough to get enough stats for this to work. It just looks good on paper and it might not work when we actually put it to use. We need to know more and how far the Item Potential system can go before anything can be confirm. However, I'm not godly funded. I only have 50m at level 74 dexless. I'm still debating whether or not I should add some dex until its at 40 or 50. I'm probably gonna bomb EW until 90 or 100 without adding a single AP. I wanna wait a while to see how well this item potential will work and how hard it is to get good stats on identifying equipments before I do anything I'll regret.
