Hp washing or Lower my Base Dex

So ima level 100 Chief Bandit and im not sure if i should hp wash or lower my 100 base dex to 80 dex. For my equips i have a 16/18/15/17 ScarHelm, Dep Star, 4/4/4/7 Red Belt, 7 dex BSS, 10 dex Earring, 2/2/2/2 Lilin Ring,

for sure lower ur base u dont need to hp wash because mg is ftw

What about if your base dex is where you want it? Is hp washing really thing only thing to do?

I'm new to the bandit class and wondering what i should cap my dex at. Any ideas?

If you have the equips necessary to lower your base DEX, lower it. HP washing isn't terribly useful for us bandits. We have low HP, sure, but we also take half damage from all attacks... so we effectively have twice the HP we actually have.
