Two Laptop problems

One of my laptops keeps giving me the blue screen, And when i do the system restore It doesnt work, I tried everything. Another one of my laptops just stops loading and reboots when I try to do anything on it. If i cant fix this problem where could I get it fixed, One of them has the best buy geek squad thing so Im trying that but the other has no warrenty or anything.

on the laptop that bluescreen's make sure that it has all the updated drivers and that none of the drivers it has currently are currupted, or you could get the stop code for the blue screen, and one of the people that know more about that can help you, on the OTHER laptop, it sounds like your windows is currupted, in which case, you would need to reinstall windows
