Judging by the processor, i'm assuming assuming it's from the DDR2 era so bump the ram up to 2 or 3GB and you'll have yourself a nice little web browsing machine.
NameHerexD : ...Maybe look it up?
In response to your earlier remark regarding RAM, 800 MB is drastically below below any quantity that could possibly be useful (that is, for any loads beyond Microsoft Office or a web browser). The idle processes, services, and operating system alone consume between 250MB and 400MB, while Firefox and applications of comparable size consume between 70MB and 130MB at any time. As for the processor, I would recommend it only for web browsing. Dell laptops in the price range of $800 are often equipped with quad-core processors clocked at 1.6 Ghz, or dual-core processors at 2.4 Ghz, making your processor of choice either very inexpensive, or very much obsolete, whichever you'd prefer. Assuming the former, I wouldn't purchase such a processor for more than $30. Combined, the value of those two components might be a grand total of $55 at most.
