A question about driving

If I have never held a license in any state or any country, however it is absolutely necessary (for personal reasons that I don't want to explain) that I have to drive as soon as possible, but I am not 18 yet, what state can I go to get a license right away? None of this "learner's permit, driving with adults in the car, blah blah blah" nonsense. What I mean: I can go here, take the driving test, (obviously) pass, and receive my license, whether right there or in the mail after a couple weeks, or whatever. I need to be able to drive, and if I can't do that, then I guess I'll just drive without a license.

You can't do that, drive without a license. 13 year old kids do it all the time, you can be cool like them.

You can't really go around the system with a loophole. Truth is, you really do need a permit first and depending on the state, wait however many months before you can take the test. If you were 18, you could probably take it right away or just sooner/shorter amount of time after you get a permit. @ the post above: If you're caught without adult supervision with only a permit, you're really screwed.

The point of having an adult is to be able to have a co-signer when you obtain your license before you're a legal adult. Obviously you run into issues such as insurance, responsibility, safety, etc when you first learn to drive. The adult you're driving with has to be over 21 and has a full license. Transition from a learner's permit into a provisional (or whatever they might call it in your state) is a lengthy process usually spanning about 1 year if everything goes right. If you seriously cannot find an adult, most driving schools (which you also need to attend) offer teachers who will accompany you to fulfill those necessary hours in the car with an adult. Although I don't condone driving without a license, my friends have done this multiple times in cases where I was not fit to drive myself home. Keep in mind if you get pulled over/ into an accident, you can expect the repercussions to be expensive and painful.

In California you need to be 16 to get your licens 0.0

You can get a restricted license. I got a permit and I'm gonna get my license soon. (3 months til I'm 16). I live in California btw.

Alright, I can go and ask my parent to come with me and do whatever I need to get the license, but that's it. Nothing else after that. Please do not ask why, it's not something I want to go into detail about.
