Hello all! I'm trying to sell my laptop and have run into repeated problems on eBay with scammers and people who just bid on auctions for fun with no intention of paying. There's also the people who offer ridiculously low prices on items because they don't understand why your Core i7 processor is any better than a Pentium III (I mean, REALLY?). I'm wondering if there is a better site to do this on? Perhaps an eBay-like website except specialized for people selling electronics?

Haven't heard of anything like that lately. There used to be a few sites trying to compete with eBay (although none that I remember that specialized in tech stuff), but they've all dried up. I know it can be bad on eBay for all the reasons you mentioned, plus there are a lot of "dealers" who pretty much monopolize a lot of areas there too. Wish I could think of somewhere else you could try... have you looked at putting a local ad on Craig's list for it..?
