sticky keys sucks!

I completely deleted my registry for sticky keys and yet its still doing its same old crap i just lost a mush mom kill because i moved me out of game and another guys stole kill... STICKY KEYS IS SO ANNOYING WHY CANT I STOP IT FROM DOING THIS CRAP ITS LIKE JESUS! IT WONT DIE! IT JUST RESURRECTS ITSELF.
