So yesterday i went to gamestop and my brother bought 10k nx and it had tax! Only nexon would put tax on a game card! Stingy NExon!

Taxes are collected by Local, State, or Federal Governments. Not by Nexon. If there's a tax on it, blame your representative, not Nexon. BTW: I just bought a 10K NX card yesterday at Rite Aid. No tax. I live in Alabama, though.

I heard that there was a law in California that our "governator" was implementing on all gaming and music cards. This includes iTunes and other games that some people play like WoW membership cards.

Stores add tax, not Nexon. Nexon doesn't profit from it being taxed or not, it goes to the government as LittleTLK said.
