I try to be nice to a noob that asks for some mesos and I give him 1m. Then his friend trades me and I give him 500k. He stalks me and says that I "owe" him 500k more since I gave his friend 1m. God, how selfish can you be...

I don't give noobs mesos. pots at those levels are way more important.

I never give noobs (or newbs) anything until they work for me a little. Usually I ask them to get me a couple slime bubbles or leathers, something fairly easy to get. Then I buy them for about 50k each.

I don't give mesos, I always think that they're just farming for their main accounts. I'll buy them an equip for their level or potions.

wheni first started in scania, some random guy comes up to me and leads me to the cosmetic store in henesys he gives me a quiz and for each question i get right, i got 1 mill, doubling everytime so when i was finished with is 3 question quiz.....i was 7 mill richer.. thats why when a noob asks for money, i usually give 100k and if they ask for more, i give them another 50k i would like to think that this is payment back for the money i got.....but inside i know it pales in comparison

i went up to a like lvl 135 and asked him for 50k when i was like lvl 30 and he randomley just gives me 30mil and i was like OMFG WOW 30MIL THAT I HAVE WOW WOW WOW I AM LIKE RICH! soo the i doo say thnx like 300 time(jk i cant type fast). sooo the next thing i do is go to my older bro who has playd the game for like a year so i goo bragg and show it off. soo i am a nice noob to ppl i dont know but i am mean to my bro. soo most noobs are like rtdrd and rude, but me i am nice.

Wow. I can never fathom the thought of giving 1m to some random noob. The most I've ever given was 100k and that was because I was in a good mood. I usually give 1 meso.

omg noobs these days i was at the fm selling steelies at broa and i saw a noob that reminded me when i was a noob so i lowered it to 2.5mil and he called me a noob saying that people buy them for 2mil....

People who ask for a lot of money are idiots, retards, unappreciative, and deserve nothing. Look, 4.5 years ago when I started maplestory, there weren't many pros. I barely saw a level 70 around. Maybe one or two. HHG flooded with people. I was level 18, and I could barely afford my set; I picked up every single meso that dropped. So did everyone else though. The fact that a person gave me 100 Blue potions one day (that's 20K) made me insanely happy. It lasted me until level 23, which is when I went to KPQ and sold some of my stuff I got from the bonus round for some money. Point is, I was able to get to level 48 NEVER HAVING A SINGLE MESO MORE THAN 600K. How the HELL can these noobs not manage with 100k? You know something? I was doing quest after quest to buy a chaos robe (lv33 mage robe). It took me a long time to get it. If I can do it, why can't they do it? I didn't have my first mil until I restarted, made a sin, and got to level 44. I didn't have my first 10mil until level 71. Ilbis were 35 mil back then. 35MIL. Honestly, it's 10x easier to make money now. People who say they want to go back to the old times, that's utter bullcrap. Back then you relied on quests and meso drops/etc drops/weapon drops to make money. Now, you kill 100 snails, get 20 leaves, and sell it all for a whopping 100k.
