I need help submitting a file I made from bannedstory to change my profile pic. It has nothing illegal on it that would go v.s terms of use, etc. but it says something about dimensions. : ( please help

i just want to know how to change it to 96x96 because i thought my image was 96x96 but it ddnt go through

OT, but does anyone (Quan?) know the dimensions required for Profil3 banners..? I saw that posted somewhere, but I can't find it now and I'd really rather make the banner to the spec, rather than having the page resize it and getting the dimensions not-quite-right.
