Okay, well I am planning on getting a new laptop... Can someone give me specs that will allow me to run MS at good enough speed to not lag with standard high-speed/wireless internet? I would also like to be about $800. Thanks .

No matter how good your computer is, if you have a connection lag, you will have a connection lag. If MS is all you going to be doing on it (with things like web browsing, word processing, listening to music, and the likes), then basically a laptop that's $400-500 will do that. For that budget, you could get a laptop with an i3 processor for $550-650.

Yea, it's not for hardcore gaming... just some Maplestorying! Occasionally a zRun and so on, but nothing like WoW.
