Should bp be allowed to do this?

Bp wants to kill all the oil drenched birds instead of cleaning them off. They think that the birds' survival rate is slim even after cleaning them. By killing them, it would end the animals' misery instantly. However, what I think is they should clean them regardless of their survival rate since humans are the ones responsible for all the animals sufferings in the gulf. http://www.huliq.com/10017/german-expert-says-kill-dont-clean-birds-soaked-bp-oil

They're just being lazy. At least clean the birds, because it's their fault they're all covered in oil.

But see it this way. Their young may be mutated , wheter it makes it suitable to living in oil, we won't know. If a shark eat the bird and we eat sharks fin souop we may get oil poisoning too. But birds have a right to live so it's a dilemma. Meh.

I vote that BP should be killed off as a company because their failure might infect the other companies. Their survival rate is low anyway, so there's not even a point in saving them.

That's just like bringing up the abortion arguement; how young is too young? I think families should be limited to no-more than two kids, strictly. I may be wrong here, but im sure China/India/etc didn't have laws regarding this until very recently [and even then, im not sure if there is a current law limiting # of children]. Jurr: Way to view the rest of my post. Ofcourse im not holding that stereotype against them, i just found it funny that it was a German scientist making this claim.
