Is this a good idea to get out of school early?

A couple of weeks ago I found a site for a California State test that could reward one with a High School equivalency certificate. There are only two sections (English & Math) that are given and if you pass both you could get out of HS early. I'm really, really tired of school and I just want to get to college already. If I passed this test I would be able to skip my Senior year of High School and go straight off to a Community College next January (I don't want to attend the Fall semester if I do pass the test). I took the practice test and I passed the Language Arts section easily but I need to review my math a little more. Would there be a downfall to doing this? Edit:I just realized I'd also be able to find a job easier if I were to leave HS a year earlier.

Downside: It's senior year. Honestly I would want to try to enjoy what time left I have in high school. Plus you'd be at a Community College. Is that much better than your current HS?

Edit:I'm like...really sick of the people there and all of the restrictions, wouldn't college give me a little more freedom? (Not asking for a lot, just schedule-wise and such)

Do it. You'll earn college credits ahead of time. And you'll waste less time in school (busy work).

I took this exact test last year, the CHSPE. Was great for me since I've hated school since I was young, I graduated two years early.

There's something like this? It sounds really good, if I were you, I'd take it. As long as you won't regret it. If you're a Senior, then there's pretty much nothing left that's new for you to learn. I'd say take it and get a head start on college. All your friends and classmate in school, you can just keep in touch.

I'm having to pay an extra $30 since I'm registering late but whatever, it'll be worth it. Just wondering, was the test difficult?
