So anyway, this girl at my school..lets call her Jane. Jane sits next to me in chorus. The teacher was out of the room so Jane decided to use me as a foot rest. I said "Please take your feet off of me." She kicked me and said no. I said "I asked nicely. Please take your feet off of me." So Jane felt it was right to hit me in the back of the head with her 4 subject notebook. I shoved her feet off of me, and she kicked me and put them back on me. I said "This is the last time I'm asking nicely. Please take your feet off of me." She screamed no, hit me 3 more times in the back of the head with her notebook, then punched me in the arm, after I had just gotten a cast removed. After class I went to the bathroom to see if I had bruises. I had bruises on my leg and arm. I went to the nurse to get an ice pack because my shoulder was swelling. The nurse asked what happened and all i said was "I got hurt". She asked how. I said "Someone hit me." She said "Who?" I told her I could handle my own problems. The nurse threatened to give me a detention so i told her Jane hit me. She didn't seem surprised. So I went on to my 3rd period class, then my 4th. The vice principal asked me what happened and I told him. When I walked home from school after 9th period, my best friend, lets call her Ally, said "Jane hates you now" Jane didn't get a detention though. On Monday, she threatened to punch my face in. I told her I would like to see her try. She looked around a bit and said "No because you would just tell on me again." So I just said "Sorry for not wanting a detention. Sorry I wanted to not have my shoulder wrapped, after it getting taken out of a cast." And she just said "Whatever. I barely even hit you" I showed her the bruises and she said "I bet those are just fake" She had a simile for that but I don't want to be banned because it's inappropriate. So basilers, any ideas on what to do before I punch her face in myself? Edit: For everyone saying for me to hit her back, I may be blonde, but I'm not a prep. I hang out with mostly boys. And the Vice principal says "No" to self defense. I dont think my mom would care if I got a detention for self defense. She wouldn't make me serve it. She always tells me to punch people back if they hit me. Edit2: Getting in a fight at my school means drama drama drama. And you don't want to be in the middle of drama here. The whole school splits into 2 teams. Edit3: Im looking for a NON VIOLENT APPROACH. I will use violence as a last resort. Im looking for ways to mess with her mind.

How old are you guys? Either she's immature or just happens to be a raging lunatic. I wouldn't advise going that far though; people like her are nowhere near worth your time. Hopefully your vice principal has something in mind, because it's extremely unjustified for some asshat jerk to bruise you all over with no penalty.

Tell the school the truth. Don't feel bad, and just say exactly what you said here. Heck, Copy and paste it, and print it. You have friends, so jsut tell them exactly what happened And by the way, weren't there witnesses in chorus class? She "screamed" NO right? So get a witness.
