Will Corsair take NL's place?

Ive been reading a thread about 2 new very hard bosses, and i jsut saw that 1 of them (chaos zakum) has 350 avoid, now id have to agree that is ALOT of avoid and i dont think NL's are going to be able to even hit this thing now as we take it up another step the 2nd one (chaos horntail) i dont remember how much avoid this guy has but i think that this would be a very intresting thread to make F.W.I. heres the thread http://www.basilmarket.com/forum/1496074/0/New_lvl_200_boss_released_in_kmst.html# EDIT: I have made a mistake and the boss i was looking at was the Dark mage underling or w/e his stats should be the only ones posted on the thread post givin

Taking our place in what? Sairs are already the strongest so what is there to discuss? You guys are more rare. Lvl 150+ NLs are breeding everyday. I guess you will get your answer in 2 years when (or if) we get this. Edit: Heck I don't even know my own ACC. Not something I pay attention to since I don't miss anything..lol

Not very sure about corsairs and all these bossing things. So I don't think so. NL's will always be like a "Must" for any boss IMO. Corsairs, isn't it hard to stay on their small ass boat

Yes sairs will be stronger with same buffs, but there are way more NLs. I see lv 150+ NLs everywhere, I rarely see sairs as a whole though. In all my time on maple I've seen a handful of lv 200 NLs, I have yet to see 1 lv 200 sair though, in broa i mean. If you can get a strong party of sairs (kinda hard though) gratz, but in the case that you can't, NLs will always be available.

@souleater21 then obviously you ahvent looked at the new boss, it has 350 avoid and NL's only get a max of 250-300 so gl hitting it, and corsairs do have the highest DPM but how ever their hp is very low, and their battleship has very low hp, at max they can take 40k damage b4 their battleship blows up, and not 2 mension that the hp of corsairs is very very low, but they do hit more than NL's under the effects of bullseye, and battleship.

[/quote] You need like 1000 Accuracy to hit that boss with 350 Avoid unless you somehow have a ton of levels over it. xD Edit: A Lvl 100 monster with 350 Avoid will require a Lvl 200 of any class to need over 1000 ACC to hit. xD Use this to calc. xD Edit2: Oh, it's a Lvl 200 monster. You'll need approx. 645 ACC to even hit that 1% of the time as a Lvl 200. If a NL's max ACC is 300, a Corsair won't be hitting it much either. xD

To start off, there are not even a good handful of sairs through all the worlds combined compared to NLs. Second, EVERY class has both weaknesses and pro's. Same thing with all these legends coming up, they did not take over or overpower against original classes.

Oh, note on ACC. There's actually an ACC cap of 999, so no one will be able to hit it 100% unless you use non-miss'able skills. xD Edit: And who knows what kind of damage and abilities this boss has? It's not going to be a giant brick that sits there with 350 avoid and tons of HP. xD

To topic starter - should those bosses ever arrive at GMS, I still think NLs will still be wanted.

Reread it again. Chaos zakum doesn't have the 350 avoid, it the black wizard's familiars that does. Edit: Ninja'd -.-
