Item lock preventing scrolling?

| A friend had got an item lock on her newly made reverse wand. When she tries to scroll the wand it said something like "the scroll is too strong to be used", but it was just a normal wand matk 60% scroll. Has anyone encounter something like this? *added - the items lock description does not say you cannot scroll the item once used. Is it a glitch or it was intended but with the description left out? * Hi Hi Ky Ky * |

| The reason behind that is this: Imagine a hacker gains access to your account. Now, just to spite you, he buys a lot of 10% scrolls and uses them all on that item. Chances are that your item is now going to be crappy scrolled with 0 slots. |
