How to make a move on a girl

I have a date with this girl I like Sunday. I'm going to take her to an amusement park and I'm wondering how do I make a move? Like hold her hand first and go in for the kiss at the end of the night? Any tips that you guys can give me that will make it easier? This is the second date, and on the first date I didn't make a move at all which I regret. I'm glad she gave me a second chance. I've known her for about a year if that helps any.
