If you are having Log In or Disconnecting Issues when trying to change channels, enter MTS or the Cash Shop please log in a ticket to Nexon. It seems this is an isolated incident that is only affecting a few people after the server check. Since it is a problem that is not affecting a large majority of players it seems they have not taken a look at it. This issue is not due to internet connectivity or PC configuration.Please fill out a ticket as soon as possible if you are having this issue so that the few of us being affected by this problem can take advantage of the Event Tomorrow. Thank You.

i started lagging like a betch. and i dc when i cc12. so i rebooted my compture = =. reinstalling ms now.

[/quote] It is not due to computer configuration I have never lagged before ever. Tried downloading it twice and it did not work. The problem is coming from Nexon's servers I suggest you log in a ticket.

Will logging a ticket really help? The previous tickets I logged did not seem to fix the problem I logged like 2 or 3 times (and experienced for almost a year). The problem I had was the PS/2 port devices were not responding after the game client terminates. Strangely enough today I am not having that problem (although I do not know why the problem suddenly went away). I have been using a laptop (without a docking station) the built-in keyboard failed to respond to input before and I ended up having to reboot my computer.

Well I had this problem and I fumbled around with my router and stuff. I think the problem is coming from the cash back event and the s/c. I managed to fix my problem by resetting my ip address and now I'm perfectly fine. I'm not sure if it'll work for others but its just a little solution I found out and wanted to share.

I can enter MTS but not cashshop and I keep disconnecting when I cc and when I try to log in back I can't even click on my server because it's not showing up.. I already logged a ticket about it.
