Is a Paladin BW worth it

This is serious please. I am wondering if i should make a paladin or a Hero and i plan on getting 120+ But BW Paladins seem Awsome and worthwile and but is it really worth the 2years or so ill put into it. Also Can Paladins Ever Boss or are they always solo. Thanks Alot XD Appreciate itXD

Paladins can kill bosses if they want to. Mostly solo though (eg. Bigfoot, Black Crow, Anego) and usually at high levels (150-170+) & the BW isn't worth it. Endgame BWs are fairly crappy, if you're going for 120+ you should use Swords.

Only in terms of damage, they look a lot better than Swords (but you don't really need to be a BW Paladin to equip them, you don't even need to be a Paladin)

[/quote] It's just that they tend to be a bit slow and you do pretty suckish damage whenever you stab, I forgot the slash:stab ratio but you stab enough times to make it that bad... I chose bw simply because they look cool, and my damage isn't too bad but I have had to compensate for going bw by being dexless and spending on some att/str equips. I just love pink/blue seal cushions and morninstars.

[/quote] I've killed invading crogs in around 3 seconds using a fusion mace (I'm a Sword User). For some reason we don't need to use a charge in order to use heaven's hammer anymore like the fail description says.

You might be better off with a Japanese Map, longer reach and same speed w/ Booster >_> I use an Impaler cause it's fast and has longer range than sword/bws.

Why no love for BW Pallies? =*( If you're 100% fixed on obtaining the highest possible DPM and nothing else, go with Sword. Otherwise, there's no other significant reason to choose one over the other besides aesthetics.
