i was told that my previous thread got deleted so someone wanted me to remake a new one. *NOTE* THIS ONLY WORKS FOR PAYMENT ISSUE BAN ACCOUNTS. ( as far as i know ) when you log in to the main site ( nexon.net ) it will tell you to email billingpp@nexon.net for more infos. email them explaining why you cannot log in. then wait a few hours until they reply and they will be asking you to give them your username ONLY. reply them with your username or whatever they request. ( don't worry they won't ask any much beside username ) lastly, they will reply within a few hours saying "Greetings, We have reinstated your game account. We apologize for any inconveniences this has caused you. --Nexon America Billing Department " PM me if you need help.
