ip banned, will nexon do sometihng about it?

This IP/location has been banned for suspicious activity. If this is a public location or if you believe this has occurred in error, please contact Customer Support using this form. this is horrible. will they unban us? i wanted to change the apsses to all my alts but i got banned. pretty sad.

change your ip and then unlock your account

I wonder if they'll allow you to change pws for 4 accs per day...cause I would really like to use my main 9 accounts. =| I don't think I'll bother changing my 31 other accounts (pure mules) lol.

It's not changing the IP address, it's renewing it (deleting the cache blah blah blah). You can't actually really change your IP address like that but you can refresh it and it is sort of changing the IP address which is why it works for some people.

turn modem/router OFF restart computer turn modem/router ON if u have dynamic ip, it will be changed, works like once a day u can google ip address lookup and it will tell u ur ip, then look it up again after change try that!
