PIC & PIN reset problem

When i try to reset my PIC i get a msg that the PIC reset failed :S tried it a few times and keep getting the same failure msg -.- Has anyone experienced the same problem ? And do u have a solution for it ?

When i tried reseting my pic and pin on my DK it said PIN or PIC reset has succeded but when i tried logging in, it didnt work. i played on that account a long time ago and i wanted to restart it now but i forgot my pin...

I lost the PIC of 1 of my accounts (useless one, but 1 char is married to one of my chars on other acc, so deletion by nexon = double fail ..) However that acc is so old, and connected to an old email acc which doesn't even excist any more. So blehhhhhh....

uhm if it's an hotmail account and doesnt exsist anymore u can simply remake the hotmail account and u got it back.
