okay so all of a sudden the monsters i hunt don't drop anymore necklaces. im level 71 and i want to get the stamp so can you guys please help me? is this a glitch or something? Thanks

nvm i just figured it out. i gotta fight monsters that are 70+ and monsters in singapore and NLC dont' drop it lol.
