How do you get to Neo City?

I heard that u need to go to NLC to get to Neo City but if u cant even go to NLC how u go to Neo City? can someone please tell me how to get there/

Yeah, I don't know either but have been wanted to find out. :P The mall on the other hand is super easy for my Aran, I can kill Spirt of Rock (the boss) in about 5 minutes only using normal buffs at level 48.

You first need to go to Magatia (In Ariant). Talk to (IDK THE NAME)____________ Broker. He's right of the portal, and near underneath the Free Market. Do his quests. Here's what to do: Talk to him Go back to the Ariant Station, talk to that guy Go to orbis station, talk to "Isa" who is the station worker who re-directs you tot he platforms in the Orbis Station. (All the way ~>) Then go back to Magatia and....IDK Yet. (So much traveling. @_@)
