Does anyone know what the starting quest is to get into Neo City?

The quest line starts in Magatia with Han the Broker, moves to Syras at the ticket booth in Ariant, then on to Isa at the Orbis platform, then to Tera Forest in Leafre.

Yes, it is a lot of places, and most of it is walking. I was a little miffed, I had to travel from Leafre to Magatia, only to be forced to travel the whole way back. -.- And be prepared to do what appears to be LOTS of quests. I haven't had a chance to really get into Neo City much, so someone with a little more hands-on experience may need to elaborate, but it appears that there are a number of different quests that you must do to unlock the entirety of Neo City. To make matters worse, it appears that you have to get a less-than-common drop from Leafre monsters in order to go through the Time Gate, not once, but every time you enter the Time gate. Again, correct me if I'm wrong, as I've only gotten into the first map (stupid work cutting into my Maple time).

And..what's the level of those quests? And another random question, sorry but I'll post it here xD I got, on my hermit, a light bulb when I logged into the game, it was something about a sea of fog, and that guy, a guy from Herb Town, asked me to talk to Dolphin Taxi, but..nothing happens, help?

The whole quest line is 70+ so don't bother if you're under that. And those "direct portals" only warp you to certain PQ's and it doesn't act as a free tele across continents since it brings you back to your original spot after leaving the PQ area.
