I have a touch-screen comp, but when I run Maple directly from the USB it won't work. Do I have to copy the files to this comp and then run it? I heard that you don't need to run it from the computer; I heard that you can run it from USB without download. Of course, the maple is fully downloaded in USB.

What windows do you have? (eg. vista, xp, windows7). On windows vista+ you have to run the program as administrator...idk if that has anything to do with it.

Do you just have Maplestory.exe on the USB? I'm pretty sure you need to have all the files (the .dll's and those others.)

Hmm, did you get any errors? You should be able to run it on the USB without any prior installation as well.

I run MS from my flash drive all the time. You can't just copy+paste the files over, because some of them have a path to another file, which would be in your C: drive instead of the F: So you'll have to install it again onto the drive, however slowly it will take. Sucks, I know.

Unless this have been change just recently. Well, whatever. TS, just install it on that computer like everybody else said. |

Copy and pasting the Maplestory folder onto a USB drive should work perfectly. The ONLY thing that's connected to the computer it came from is the DESKTOP ICON. That means the Maplestory that's on the USB drive WON'T WORK if you just click the Maplestory icon on the desktop. You have to OPEN the Maplestory folder on the USB, then doubleclick on the "Maplestory.exe" file to start the game.
