How to not fall in Lower Ascent

Hey guys. So i just started training in lower ascent, and i was wondering if there was any way to make sure that if you fall, you don't have to do the second stage of the jump quest again. Its really annoying me because, one misplaced combo step, and i have to redo the jump quest. So if you guys know anyway to stop this from happening, I would be so grateful.

Spam the pot button? It'd always make me reappear to the left of the entrance portal, for me anyways :D EDIT: Haha, I meant a pot you didn't use xD I've always used pet food. But that was a couple months ago (Like 6? When I hit 95) Booster works too.

Hold your pot key if you fall, and it should let you walk across the bottom back onto the platform. My friend told me this, I have no tried it out yet. He said he uses it all the time, though.

You don't need to use a pot that you use for training. You can use a mount pot or something useless.

have some pet food on a hotkey and mash it when you fall. Save Pots AND MP :D
