What happened to Leech?

So I took a break from maple and I came back and leech is almost gone O-o What happened? Did harp leech used to be awesome? Whats with gallos leech now? Is it good? Can someone explain?

Never noticed leech was gone really... considering I train at Galloperas in Broa . Never heard of 90-10, by the way. Thought it was 80-20.

There are better ways to kill leech, but if this 90:10 ratio (if real) works then I'm for it. It;s not like sharing party exp is important wanyway, unless of course you use leech to level or supplement leveling.
