A little problem?

Ok, so Im lvl 26 and Im currently using a 62 atk 8 Str pumpkin spear I was planning on using it until I can use my 82/9 Scorpio seeing as the pumpkin spear has the same atk as the lvl 40 polearm but with more STR. But I just realised that I'm going to be maxing out Polearm mastery first. Will this make me seem really weak until lvl 43 when I have max PoleArm master and am actually using a Polearm? or will it not be very noticable.

I have a similar situation with my new Spearman I have a bleh Pumpkin spear and I'm adding PA Mastery first Luckily I have a 82/8 Maple PA :X I dunno if I should get a polearm @ level 35 before my Maple Polearm is useable

Well, when you slash it'll be very noticeable. You could replace the spear once mastery is level 15, since that's when it gives 15 accuracy. Actually, that'll be at level 35 where you have level 16 mastery. Even though your attack and speed will be lower, you've got more mastery and 1 more point of accuracy.

actuly i think the pumkin spear would be better till maple scorpio because pumpkin spear is fast and that polearm is slow
