Making a hero and dawn warrior, but should I go for this NRW

Well, since i'm a cheap-a$$ when it comes to skill books (Waiting for a box-event to max zerk :D), I've decided to make a hero and dawn warrior in the meantime (Leveling this character is boring, and I want to take a break from him). I was deciding between the shield + 1-hand combo and the 2-hand combo, and I think that I am going to go with 2h for a while (Until training gets easier). I was wondering how much a 127 Night Raven's Wing would cost me (It's the fast sword which requires 90 dex). It is fully hammered by the way. I have approximately 3.5bil to fund a Sword (Or shield+Sword), Accuraccy Mask, Mon, Z-Helmet, and a Dex Overall until level 100 (Which is when I can wear my Blue Neos top and Green Neos bottom. All help is appreciated :D

Hmm... Let's see how much I can help you (I'm in flaming mode today for some reason, so don't mind me if I sound a little harsh). First off, the NRW is 95 DEX, not 90. I would never only recommend it, if you can wield it without needing the HTP (with 4 base DEX), and sustain a high enough damage range. Now, a DW is fine with 1H after about level 44, all my weapons on my DW after the Tube were 1H, and all of them before that were 1H too. I'm used to the playing style of a 1H, considering that my Paladin is 1H. A Crusader is easier to play with a 2H though, especially before level 127. I would say that the 127 attack NRW is out of your reach, it is probably way over maxed Mesos. That being said, I'd recommend a 20 attack shield + a 140+ attack Reverse Executioner, or Carabella. Now on another note, give me some cash.

Okayy welll...someone bought the NRW >__> I also doubt that I could fund a 20 atk shield and 140+ reverse or bella though =/ Edit: On the same note, how much would a 127 1 slot ST be? o.o lol I seem to be interested in that too >__>

But again, only if you can wield it without the HTP, though, <23 base DEX on a Hero, 4 base on a DW.

with your funding dont bother with a DW since u have the will tog et to 160 on 1 char mine as well get the class that will get to boss other than Zak

i think if u have 3.5b funding, u should go 1h or just buy ST or DRW and save the rest, u can calculate it with the dmg calculator and see the atk range, for sure, if u dont buy a good shield and very high att 1h sword, 2h would be much stronger.
