Burst Fire 190%?

Is maxed Burst Fire supposed to be 190%? Because in kMS, I think it's 210%.

I guess they made a mistake then, because it says 190% on my Skill box, and on HiddenStreet too. And that explains this. http://img10.imageshack.us/img10/2075/zbulletz001.png (imageshack) It would be impossible to hit 3K if it was 190%. My highest range is 1469, and twice of that doesn't even add up to 3K.

FroznSolidIt IS 210%. All the skill tables shown in-game are also wrong [invisi = burst at 12, yet according to skill tables burst is much weaker, but according to math/application it is equivalent]. They made a typo, and are too lazy to fix it . Oh well. Patch D/C hack plawks
